APARTMENTS
On the structure there are four buildings with apartments of various sizes a few meters from the lake and the main services of the historic center.
All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, SAT TV and intercom for internal calls.
In the prices are included wi-fi in the common areas, garage or parking inside the property, electricity, hot water and heating (in case of need), bed linen, towels and kitchen towel (changed weekly).

The price do not include the cost of the final cleaning € 30 (one-room apartments – small two-room apartments) – € 50 (two-room apartments – three-room apartments) and the tourist tax, to be paid in the spot.
The day of arrival the apartment will be at your disposal from 12.30 a.m.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate it by 9.30 a.m.
Please inform us if the arrival is over 7 p.m.
Pets are not allowed.
